Business analysis, design and architecture

We start from your processes and your teams to define the features, design clear screens and lay down a solid architecture, ready to connect to your information system.

    The analysis covers mapping your processes, users and current tools, workshops with your business teams, then writing the functional specifications (user stories, business rules, access rights) within the requirements document.

  2. 02UX/UI & prototyping
    Design covers the journeys of each user profile (operators, managers, administrators), mockups of the key screens (dashboards, forms, lists), the design system, wording, and an interactive prototype validated with your teams.
  3. 03Software architecture
    Architecture covers the data model, API design, integrations with your existing tools (ERP, CRM, accounting, single sign-on), roles and permissions, the choice of hosting, and the project initialization.

Development, testing and acceptance

We build your software iteratively, test it continuously and have it validated by your business teams, with the necessary adjustments before go-live.

  1. 04Development
    Development covers the web interfaces (frontend), the backend, the database, the APIs and the connectors to your existing tools, along with technical optimizations (response times on large data volumes, access security, action logging, etc.).
  2. 05Technical acceptance (MOE)
    MOE acceptance covers unit and integration tests, tests of the exchanges with your connected tools, load, security and access-rights tests, and a functional check of every screen and business rule. Any anomalies detected are fixed.
  3. 06Acceptance by your teams (MOA)
    MOA acceptance is carried out by your business teams on a staging environment, with scenarios drawn from their daily work and realistic test data, to validate each feature and make the final adjustments before go-live.

Iterative development

2-week sprints with interim demos at every cycle (usually 2 weeks). You stay in control of priorities throughout the project.

Go-live, training and maintenance

We support you through the launch, from training your users to going live, then with the security and evolution of your software over the long term.

  1. 07Training your teams
    Training covers getting started with the software for each user profile, a walkthrough of the administration (settings, account and permission management, data consultation), a PDF user guide and support for any questions.
  2. 08Go-live & verification
    Once the targeted version is validated, we put your software into production on your environment, migrating your existing data if needed. We then carry out an initial verification and apply a 6-month corrective maintenance period included (free of charge).
  3. 09Security, maintenance & evolution
    Security and maintenance cover the supervision of your software (24/7 cloud monitoring, alerts), security updates and technology watch, and corrective, preventive and evolutive maintenance (time-and-materials or fixed-fee) to add new modules as your needs grow.
